Presley M. Mock, MD
Dr. Presley Mock is board certified in otolaryngology—head and neck surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. His office is located on the Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas campus, where he has served patients for 25 years. His practice encompasses pediatric ENT, sinus and nasal surgery, sleep apnea management, hearing and balance disorders, head and neck oncology, and care for the professional voice. His interests include the full spectrum of sinus surgery, from in-office minimally invasive procedures to complex revision surgery with intraoperative image- guided navigation. He also has a passion for treating voice patients and has helped student, amateur, and professional singers and speakers with their medical and surgical voice care.
ENT Services
In-Office Sinus Procedures
Certified in Eustachian Tube Dilation, Dr. Mock performs Balloon Sinuplasty, ClariFix, Turbinate Coblation,and other in-office procedures as treatment options for chronic and recurrent sinusitis as well as Eustachian tube dysfunction.
Nasal Endoscopy
Diagnostic and therapeutic nasal endoscopies are performed in-office by Dr. Mock for symptomatic relief of sinus pressure, infection,and congestion. It can also help detect nasal tumors and polyps as well as various other diagnostic testing.
Laryngoscopy for Vocal Problems
Diagnostic flexible laryngoscopy is performed in office for patients with vocal problems. A thin, flexible viewing tube is passed through the nose and guided to the vocal cords, or larynx inspecting the nose, throat, and larynx for abnormalities.
Sinus CT Scans
Texas Medical and Surgical Associates offers CT scanning by a licensed medical radiological technician to create cross-sectional images, or slices, of the bones, blood vessels and soft tissues inside the body which provides more detailed information than plain X-rays do.
Laurie Even, AuD
Laurie Even, Au.D., is a clinical audiologist that has been with Texas Medical and Surgical Associates for over 11 years. She received her Doctorate in Audiology at University of Texas at Dallas, and her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at University of Texas at Austin. She is a native Texan and currently resides in Farmers Branch with her husband, Bill, and two daughters, Annie and Emily.
She is licensed by the State of Texas, is a member of the Texas Academy of Audiology, and a fellow with the American Academy of Audiology.

Texas Medical & Surgical Associates offers Diagnostic Audiological Evaluations by Dr. Evan for children (age 3+) and adults.
Hearing Devices
Dr. Evan provides testing, selection, programming, and repairs for hearing devices including real-ear measurements for the perfect fit.
Custom Earmolds
TMSA offers custom earmolds for water and noise protection including musicians and shooters plugs performed by Dr. Evan.
